This RFP seeks qualified vendors to provide independent workplace investigations and/or restorative and remediation services on an as-needed basis. The work supports Ontario Health’s Employee and Labour Relations function in addressing complex, sensitive, or high-risk matters, including harassment, discrimination, workplace violence, respectful workplace concerns, and other conflicts. Providers may be engaged when internal handling could create a conflict of interest, specialized expertise is needed, or organizational risk warrants independent involvement.
