Description

BCUA Contract No. C214 covers installation of a new six-section modular chiller pre-purchased by the Owner, in accordance with construction documents and manufacturer requirements. The work also includes a new refrigerant detection and exhaust system for existing and new refrigerants, and refurbishment of two existing cooling tower cells by a manufacturer-approved restoration company. Related work includes piping, ductwork, supports, and controls needed for a complete, operational plant. A walk-through is not required but is strongly recommended.
