Replace Dukane Starcall intercom systems with Carehawk CH1000 systems at three elementary schools

Henderson County Public Schools is seeking a turnkey replacement of intercom systems at three elementary schools. - Government buyer: Henderson County Public Schools, Purchasing Agent. - OEM: Dukane; the requested Dukane Carehawk system replaces existing Dukane Starcall equipment. - Products: Dukane Carehawk Intercom System, model CH1000, for Hillandale, Clear Creek, and Mills River Elementary Schools. Exact equipment and component quantities are to be determined by the vendor after site visits. - Work requested: Remove existing Starcall systems and Master Intercom Phones, return the removed equipment to the school system’s Maintenance Department, and furnish and install the replacement systems, including functioning classroom and hallway speakers, training, and a final performance demonstration. - Key requirements: The system must allow current intercom phones to call 911. The awarded bidder must be a full-line Dukane Carehawk dealer with direct access to updates, service, equipment, and parts, and must respond onsite to intercom or white-phone service requests within 24 hours of contact. - Scheduling: Perform work outside regular school hours in coordination with the Director of Facilities and finish by the stated completion deadline.
