No new product model, part number, or fixed purchase quantity is specified. - Scale and migration: Approximately 500 routed proposals and 400 federal submissions annually; about 10 research administrators, 300 principal investigators, and 2–5 system administrators. Export and archive historical Cayuse records and migrate active awards and pending proposals, covering approximately 5–7 years of data. - Key requirements: Grants.gov submission is required; direct eRA Commons functionality and System-to-System submission are preferred. Financial management, expenditure tracking, and effort certification are outside the requested platform scope. - Desired capabilities and implementation: Visibility or integration with Cayuse compliance protocols is preferred, and linking Cayuse Inventions disclosures to proposal records is desired. Implementation, integration, transition, and phased deployment are within scope.
