The U.S. Army’s Call for Solutions seeks mature tracked artillery and resupply capabilities for its Mobile Tactical Cannon–Tracked (MTC-T) effort. - Opportunity and buyer: U.S. Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), office designation updated to W6QK ACC-DTA; the call is associated with PM Howitzer Systems and PAE Fires. - What is sought: A production-ready tracked 155 mm self-propelled howitzer (MTC-T SPH) and compatible tracked resupply vehicle (RSV-T), offered as an integrated capability set. The howitzer requirement includes armament greater than 50 calibers. - Prototype quantities and schedule: The Army seeks up to 18 systems of each vehicle type, prioritizing delivery of six sets as early as possible. The pricing schedule lists vehicles 1–6 as base deliveries (vehicle 1 within 90 days after award; vehicles 2–6 within 360 days); vehicles 7–18 are identified as unfunded milestones. The main call also requests ROM pricing for three sets within 12 months and three more within 18 months. - Readiness and performance expectations: Offerors should demonstrate an existing production line and credible testing, safety, and evaluation maturity. Solutions must address U.S. 155 mm ammunition and fire-control interoperability, cybersecurity, sustainment, technical data rights, and resilient U.S. production. The stated production objective is readiness in CONUS within 24 months, initially supporting 18 sets per year and a potential ramp to 40 annually. - Other work and deliverables: The pricing schedule includes integration and engineering, testing and soldier evaluation support, training, ammunition and proof-gun-related items, supply-chain and safety documentation, and optional technical data and software packages. Some later milestones are unfunded or TBD. - Acquisition approach and dates: The Army anticipates one or more Other Transaction prototype project agreements and may select all, some, or none of the submitters. Solution briefs are due November 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. ET; the Phase 1 question deadline is November 10 at 3:00 p.m. ET. Updated CDRLs and the MTC-T OTA Prototype Project Agreement were posted November 2, 2026; the November 3 update changed the office designation and did not change attachments. - Named suppliers and pricing: No candidate system OEM or offeror is identified. Appendix E shows zero prices, so the notice does not establish a contract value. The Proof Gun Stand overview describes a government platform and is not a priced purchase order.
