**Buyer:** Department of the Army
**Posted:** November 02, 2026
**Respond By:** November 16, 2026
**Identifier:** MOSAIC-27-01
**NAICS:** 336992

The U.S. Army is seeking production-ready tracked artillery and resupply capabilities, along with prototype integration, testing, and transition support.
- **Opportunity and buyer:** Army Contracting Command–Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), supporting PM Howitzer Systems, PAE Fires, seeks solutions under Call No. MOSAIC-27-01 for the Mobile Tactical Cannon–Tracked (MTC-T) and Resupply Vehicle–Tracked (RSV-T). It anticipates one or more Other Transaction prototype project agreements and may make awards to all, some, or none of the offerors.
- **Systems sought:** A mature, available tracked 155 mm self-propelled howitzer and accompanying tracked ammunition resupply vehicle. The system should have an established production line and credible completed testing, safety, and evaluation; work with U.S. ammunition and fire-control systems; and meet cybersecurity, sustainment, and technical-data needs. No OEM or vendor is named.
- **Scale and schedule:** The Army is evaluating up to 18 integrated MTC-T/RSV-T sets, prioritizing the first six. The amended call targets three sets within 12 months after award and three more within 18 months; domestic production readiness is targeted within 24 months. Production planning should address 18 sets annually and capacity to ramp to 40. Appendix E separately lists vehicle-by-vehicle milestones, including initial deliveries at 90 and 360 days, and later unfunded deliveries; consult the amended Call for Solutions for the governing schedule.
- **Related equipment and support:** Appendix E lists cannon/breech assemblies, ammunition storage cells, training systems, test ammunition, and technical-data options. The Proof Gun Stand (PGS) overview describes a government interoperability platform for evaluating and proofing 105–155 mm cannons, with M776 and M199 configurations; it does not specify a purchase quantity.
- **Services and requirements:** Offerors are asked to address engineering and integration, U.S. production transition and supply-chain resilience, test and soldier evaluation, training, technical data and software, and sustainment. The test schedule covers MTC and RSV vehicles 001–013 over 45 months after award. Some milestones and later deliveries are explicitly unfunded or TBD; Appendix E’s displayed prices are zero and should not be treated as a contract value.
- **Submission and amendment:** Solution briefs are due November 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. ET. Amendment 01 revised delivery scheduling, updated the MTC test schedule to align vehicle deliveries with the first 12 months after award, added Distribution Statement A, and added “or DoD SAFE” to the specified submission language.
