Cornishon Corridor feasibility study and phased implementation planning

Legal analysis must involve a qualified California attorney. - Options: Separately priced options cover consultant-led community engagement; Phase Two concept exploration and a second community engagement round; consultant-produced concepts if academic participation is unavailable or insufficient; and Phase Three schematic design and implementation planning. Optional phases are not guaranteed. - Notable requirements and limits: The lead consultant is responsible for coordination, quality, schedule, and continuity across authorized work. The scope includes planning and analysis only; it does not authorize redevelopment, a land transaction, financing, or construction. Additional design, permitting, studies, procurement support, and construction-phase services require separate pricing and authorization. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, OEMs, or consulting providers are named in the solicitation.
