The City of Raleigh is purchasing stage-lighting and related equipment for Meymandi Concert Hall, designed to work with its existing ETC lighting system. - Government buyer: City of Raleigh, Finance Department, Procurement Division. - OEM named: ETC, whose Source Four fixtures, IonXe console, and Sensor dimming racks are the existing equipment the new items must support. - Products requested: - 136 LED retrofit light engines and 136 compatible replacement reflectors. - 3 four-port DMX gateways and 8 lighting-control sensor relays. - 1 PoE Gigabit network switch with at least 30 ports. - 13 25-foot and 140 6-foot black CAT5 or equivalent Ethernet cables. - 16 black stage-pin male-to-Edison female power adapters. - 100 25-foot and 200 10-foot, 12 AWG power-distribution cables with Edison-style connectors. - Notable requirements: LED engines must provide white light, fit existing ETC Source Four fixtures and their lens trains and shutter bodies, and use Edison-style male power connectors. Gateways and relays must work with the existing ETC IonXe console and DMX512/Ethernet control environment. Equipment must be new and include necessary components; bidders must provide product documentation and warranty information. - Delivery: One-time purchase, with delivery required within three weeks after receipt of the purchase order.
