The City of Groveland is seeking a licensed real estate firm to support City property needs.
Description
The City of Groveland seeks proposals from qualified, licensed real estate brokerage firms to provide brokerage, advisory, marketing, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management services on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will serve as a licensed real estate broker and advisor to the City. Work will be authorized through written task assignments issued by the City’s designated Project Manager, and the City does not guarantee a minimum volume of work. Proposals are due December 1, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
