The City of Groveland seeks proposals from qualified, licensed real estate brokerage firms to provide brokerage, advisory, marketing, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management services on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will serve as a licensed real estate broker and advisor to the City. Work will be authorized through written task assignments issued by the City’s designated Project Manager, and the City does not guarantee a minimum volume of work.
