Description

The County of Frontenac is seeking a consultant to facilitate development of a County Strategic Plan. The work includes conducting public consultations, leading Council members through a strategic planning session with Senior Staff support, consulting the Townships and public on the session’s outcomes, and working with senior County staff to draft a plan for presentation to Council by April 21, 2026. The planning process will address strategic focus, current and long-term responsibilities, organizational capacity and resources, partnerships, service priorities, community engagement, and funding priorities. Submissions are online only and are due November 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.
