The County of Frontenac is seeking a consultant to facilitate development of a County Strategic Plan. The work includes conducting public consultations, leading Council members through a strategic planning session with Senior Staff support, consulting the Townships and public on the session’s outcomes, and working with senior County staff to draft a plan for presentation to Council by April 21, 2026.
