Missile Defense Agency – 07 August Contract Announcement

Raytheon, Tucson, Arizona is being awarded a noncompetitive Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) on a new contract (HQ0851-26-C-E002). The base value of this UCA is $745,387,095.42. Under this UCA, the contractor will manufacture and assemble Standard Missile-3 Block IIA All-Up Rounds for the U.S. Government and Japan Ministry of Defense (JMOD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case requirements. The work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona and Huntsville, Alabama with an estimated completion date of 28 February 2031. Fiscal 2026 procurement funds in the amount of $275,613,909 and JMOD FMS funds in the amount of $277,688,036.35 will be obligated at time of award.
