<p>Raytheon, Tucson, Arizona is being awarded a noncompetitive Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) on a new contract (HQ0851-26-C-E002). The base value of this UCA is $745,387,095.42. Under this UCA, the contractor will manufacture and assemble Standard Missile-3 Block IIA All-Up Rounds for the U.S. Government and Japan Ministry of Defense (JMOD) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case requirements.
