Welcome Center Office Furniture Supply and Installation

The City of Kingsland is seeking commercial-grade furniture and installation for its Welcome Center. - Government buyer: City of Kingsland, Georgia; Finance Department. Procurement contact: Hannah Smith, Purchasing Director. - OEM named: Lorell Furniture, referenced as a quality and durability benchmark only; equivalent products are permitted, and no brand is mandated. - Requested furniture: - 1 72-inch bow-front desk, 1 48-inch bridge, 1 72-inch credenza, and 1 72-inch hutch, all cherry finish. - 1 16-inch file/file fixed pedestal and 1 35-inch two-drawer lateral file. - 3 72-inch hutch tackboards, cherry finish. - 1 48-inch conference tabletop, cherry finish; 1 conference table base; 1 center drawer; and 1 keyboard tray. - 2 guest chairs with cherry frames and midnight-blue upholstery. - Requested services: Deliver, assemble, and install all furniture; place it according to the approved layout; remove packaging and debris; and ensure items are functional when work is complete. - Notable requirements: Furniture must be durable, ergonomic, and suitable for high-use municipal settings. Applicable ANSI/BIFMA standards, including X5.1, X5.4, X5.5, and X5.9, as well as safety and ADA requirements, must be met. A written manufacturer’s warranty of at least five years for commercial or institutional use is required. - Proposals should include itemized pricing, product specifications, materials and finishes, warranty information, and an estimated delivery and installation timeline. Final layout, finishes, and quantities may be adjusted.
