The City of Wichita seeks a provider for offsite printing and forms management across City departments. - Government buyer: City of Wichita, Information Technology Department; Finance Department/Purchasing Division. - Scope: Black-and-white and color printing and copying, forms production and management, graphic design, binding, other print-shop work, electronic document storage and reuse, and delivery or pickup. - Estimated annual volumes: About 813 jobs, 909,818 black-and-white copies, 298,289 color copies, and 75,000 impressions for larger department projects. - Larger projects: May include the annual budget, quarterly CAFRs, surveys, color printing, tab insertion, and binding; quick turnaround and occasional evening or weekend work may be required. - Service requirements: Provider must have a Wichita-area location and customer-service contact; provide proofs and turnaround and pricing information; offer delivery to ordering departments and a pickup option; and provide chargeback data compatible with the City’s accounting system.
