Multnomah County is seeking contractors to evaluate and support building automation systems across County facilities.

Description

Multnomah County is soliciting proposals for building automation system evaluation, installation, replacement, repairs, and maintenance to improve occupant comfort, building-system efficiency, and energy performance. The scope includes assessments, system upgrades and replacements, preventive and emergency maintenance, technical support, training, and related services as needed by the County. The solicitation states that it does not include Siemens system repairs or maintenance without replacement or modifications, or capital projects such as installing new systems. The County intends to award multiple contracts, with an initial five-year term and an option to renew for one additional five-year period.
