### Description

Multnomah County is soliciting proposals for building automation system evaluation, installation, replacement, repairs, and maintenance to improve occupant comfort, building-system efficiency, and energy performance. The scope includes assessments, system upgrades and replacements, preventive and emergency maintenance, technical support, training, and related services as needed by the County.
