Lockland City School District is seeking bids for equipment (or equivalent) listed in the attached Lockland Equipment and Cost List, including switches, related components, and an uninterruptible power supply/battery backup with necessary software and licenses. Bidders must submit cost information using the completed Excel spreadsheet; proposals without it will not be considered. Equipment must be new and include a three-year manufacturer warranty, and proposed equivalents must include documentation establishing equivalence. Bidders must provide a SPIN or proof of application and document that they are authorized resellers; installation and configuration are included in the listed equipment requirements.
