Galena Park Independent School District is seeking a provider for photography across its PK–12 campuses and district events. - Government buyer: Galena Park Independent School District (GPISD), Purchasing Department, Harris County, Texas. - Opportunity: RFP 27-005 for professional school and event photography. These are solicitation line-item quantities, not confirmed student or event volumes. - Service line item: Custom on-field action/tournament coverage, hourly rate, estimated as needed. - Notable requirements: Coordinate schedules with the district; provide images compatible with Skyward SIS; meet student-data privacy and applicable background-check requirements; and deliver edited event photographs within 10 business days after ceremonies. Staff working on instructional campuses must complete required pre-service affidavits. - Contract term: One initial year with up to two additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement, for a maximum duration of three years.
