Navy request for NI LabVIEW software licenses and subscription renewals

The Department of the Navy is seeking National Instruments software licenses and subscription renewals for Fleet Readiness Center East and Navy RDT&E laboratory testing. - Government buyer: Department of the Navy; Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC); Fleet Readiness Center, including Fleet Readiness Center East. The renewal RFQ is associated with the Fleet Readiness Center Chief of Staff. - OEM: National Instruments Corporation (NI). The requirement is brand-name only; quotations and software access must come from NI or authorized NI resellers. Substitute products are not accepted. - Products requested: - LabVIEW license agreement/subscription for RDT&E lab testing, including audio distortion measurements, audio frequency analysis, quick ad-hoc testing, and automated testing. Quantity and part number are not stated. - One renewal each of NI Sound and Vibration Toolkit, LabVIEW FPGA Module, NI LabVIEW+ Suite, NI Automated Test Software Suite, and LabVIEW Base Development System. No annual subscription status beyond the specified subscription and renewal terms is stated. - Estimated value: An attachment lists an independent government estimate of $59,709.24; a combined value for all requirements is not provided.

Description

Commander Fleet Readiness Center has a requirement for the purchase of National Instruments Corp. LabVIEW perpetual software licenses (brand name only) in support of Fleet Readiness Center East.  

This RFQ is being issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12  for commercial items. Only quotations offering National Instruments Corp. LabVIEW brand-name perpetual licenses from authorized resellers of National Instruments Corp. will be considered. No substitute products will be accepted, in accordance with FAR 11.204 (brand-name only).
