<p>This RFQ is being issued in accordance with FAR Parts 12&nbsp; for commercial items. Only quotations offering National Instruments Corp. LabVIEW brand-name perpetual licenses from authorized resellers of National Instruments Corp<strong>.</strong> will be considered. No substitute products will be accepted, in accordance with FAR 11.204 (brand-name only).</p>
