DeCA Read-Ahead Copy of Frequent Delivery System Agreement Modification

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is issuing a final read-ahead copy of a modification to its Frequent Delivery System (FDS) Resale Ordering Agreements. - Agency: DeCA, through its Resale Contracting office. - Purpose: Provide applicable FDS contractors with the conformed final modification language for review and bilateral signature. - Procurement status: This is an administrative modification to existing agreements, not a new solicitation or purchase of products or services. - Items and vendors: No OEMs, vendors, products, quantities, part numbers, or line items are identified in the notice.

Description

This Special Notice is to provide a read-ahead, conformed final copy ready for signature of the Resale Ordering Agreement (ROA) modification language to all DeCA Frequent Delivery System (FDS) contractors. 

The bilateral ROA FDS modification package will be distributed directly to all applicable contractors for signature during the week of October 19, 2026.

Contractors are encouraged to download the attached conformed final copy and ensure their designated corporate signatories are prepared to receive and execute the formal modification next week.
