Canoe Procurement Group of Canada is seeking proposals for regional and/or national contract solutions for scoreboards, digital displays, video boards, and related services. The scope includes indoor and outdoor athletic scoring systems, large-format LED displays, digital signage, integrated audio and production systems, and related design, installation, training, maintenance, and other services. Solutions are generally expected to be turnkey, though equipment-only or products-only proposals may be appropriate in certain cases. Proposals must be submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal by December 1, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time.
