Seasonal chiller maintenance and HVAC repair services for SCDNR Marine Resources Division

The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is seeking a contractor to maintain its Carrier chillers and supporting HVAC equipment at the Marine Resources Division’s Fort Johnson facilities. - Government buyer: South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR), Marine Resources Division, Procurement Services. - Location: Fort Johnson facilities, Charleston, South Carolina; the initial notice identifies the agency’s Administrative unit. - OEMs named: Carrier (AquaEdge chillers) and Marley (cooling towers). No service contractor or reseller is named. - Equipment covered: Two Carrier AquaEdge 23XRV3232NQVAA50 chillers, each rated 175–550 nominal tons; two Marley cooling towers; three energy recovery units; 11 air handling units; and one chilled-water delivery system, excluding piping. - Services requested: Seasonal inspection and preventive maintenance of both chillers at winter shutdown, spring startup, and summer operation. The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for annual inspection and preventative maintenance on chillers. Offers are due November 10, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 29, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Marine Resources Division in Charleston, South Carolina.
