Description

The Town of Chapel Hill is seeking proposals to establish one or more contracts for professional janitorial services, including labor, equipment, and supplies. Services will cover the Chapel Hill Public Works Campus, the Post Office and Courthouse Facility, and Chapel Hill Town Hall. Attendance at a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit on October 22, 2026, is required to submit a proposal; proposals are due November 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
