Description

The City of Bentonville is seeking sealed bids from qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured contractors for construction of the Arkansas Missouri Trail. The work includes approximately 1,500 linear feet of trail, with concrete trail, crossings and connections, ramps, curbs and gutters, paving, median islands, striping, and storm drainage; tree removal and railroad crossing work are also included. A bid guarantee of 5% of the total bid price is required, and the awarded bidder must provide performance and payment bonds. The optional pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 20, 2026, and bids are due before the public bid opening on November 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM CST.
