Description

The work includes supplying the labour, materials, supervision, and equipment required to clean, inspect, service, and repair heat recovery ventilators, oil-fired furnaces, furnace/heat pump combination units, smoke alarms, combination smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, and heat pumps in residential housing units in Costello Park, Greenwood, Nova Scotia. The work is scheduled in two phases: Phase 1 must be completed by March 31, 2027, and Phase 2 runs from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028. A possible Phase 3 extension may run from April 1, 2028, through March 31, 2029, if mutually beneficial to both parties. A site visit is scheduled for September 24, 2026, and bidder attendance is highly recommended.
