The work is scheduled in two phases: Phase 1 must be completed by March 31, 2027, and Phase 2 runs from April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2028. A possible Phase 3 extension may run from April 1, 2028, through March 31, 2029, if mutually beneficial to both parties.
