Hawaii DOT Harbors is seeking a contractor to replace domestic and fire waterlines at Pier 51A in Honolulu Harbor. - Government buyer: State of Hawaii Department of Transportation, Harbors Division, Air and Water Transportation Facilities Division; project location is Pier 51A, Honolulu Harbor, Oahu. An additive alternate includes 320 linear feet of 1½-inch pipe.
