Pre-Solicitation - W912EK27BA003 - Detroit Project Office Detroit, MI Wayne County Roads, Parking, and Grounds Renovation Completion Days: 365 Consecutive Calendar Days NAICS 237310 8(a) Competitive IFB The project includes, but is not limited to mobilization and demobilization; demolition to include removal of asphalt and concrete pavements, curbs and gutters, sidewalks and slabs, water main, valve and hydrant, storm sewer inlets, manholes and pipe, chain-link and ornamental fencing and gates, and flagpole; earthwork to include stripping, excavation, placement of backfill, compaction, and grading; water main and storm sewer work; aggregate work; asphalt paving; concrete paving, sidewalks, steps and light pole bases; installation of new metal handrail; installation of new ornamental fencing and electric pivot gate; electrical work to include installation of new conductors, new utility rack, new electric gate controls with keypad, intercom, camera and monitoring station, and new exterior pole lighting; installation of new pipe bollards;installation of new flag pole; pavement markings; damaged turf repair; seeding; and site restoration.
