Description
FPUA is requesting qualification statements from engineering firms for construction management and/or program management services for utility and related infrastructure projects. Services may include preconstruction and construction scheduling and coordination, schedule and cost control, estimating, constructability review, procurement support, and project delivery assistance. FPUA intends to establish one or more master continuing contracts and assign project-specific work through later authorizations on an as-needed basis. Projects may involve new construction, rehabilitation, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility or facility improvements; the estimated construction cost for each assigned project will be below the applicable continuing-contract limit.
