### Description

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking qualification statements from engineering firms to provide construction management and/or program management services for utility and related infrastructure projects. Services may include preconstruction and construction scheduling, coordination, schedule and cost control, estimating, constructability review, procurement support, and project delivery support, as authorized for individual assignments. FPUA intends to establish one or more continuing-contract pools and assign work as needed through specific authorizations. Projects may include new construction, rehabilitation, repairs, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility or facility improvements; the estimated construction cost of each assigned project must be below the applicable continuing-contract limit under Florida Statutes.
