United Independent School District is seeking a vendor to provide full-service photography for its four 2026–2027 graduation ceremonies at Sames Auto Arena in Laredo, Texas. The vendor must provide equipment, staffing, and on-site coordination to photograph each graduate accepting their diploma on stage; the specifications estimate 3,000 graduates. The district will purchase one photograph per graduate, delivered either as a mailed 5 x 7 print or as a digital download, with the district selecting the delivery method.
