Description
Carteret County Government is soliciting proposals from qualified, properly equipped contractors to provide seasonal snow removal, plowing, snow and ice treatment, de-icing, and related emergency response at designated County facilities and sites. Work includes clearing parking lots, drives, sidewalks, ramps, entrances, and emergency access areas; maintaining access to priority/life-safety locations and ADA-accessible routes; and supplying the necessary labor, equipment, materials, and other resources. The County may award one or more geographic territories to one or more contractors, and proposals may cover any number of territories. The contract begins upon execution and continues through June 30, 2027, with an option for five one-year renewals; no minimum number of events, hours, locations, or expenditures is guaranteed.
