Services include clearing parking lots, drives, sidewalks, ramps, steps, entrances, and emergency access areas, maintaining ADA-accessible routes, and supplying all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and other resources. The County may award different geographic territories to one or more contractors under a year-to-year contract. The initial term runs through June 30, 2027, with the option for five one-year renewals; no minimum number of events, hours, locations, or expenditures is guaranteed.
