Tuolumne County Public Works is seeking on-demand delivery of bulk fuels, lubricants, and related petroleum products to County locations. - Buyer: Tuolumne County, Public Works Department. - OEM: Chevron is the named product-performance reference; listed Delo products are Chevron-branded. No other vendors are named. - Products requested: Regular unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane), No. 2 red-dyed diesel, Delo 400 15-40 Motor Oil, Delo 400CJ4 15-40 Motor Oil, Tractor Hydraulic Fluid, Synthetic ATF Heavy Duty, Delo Gear Lubricant ESI 80-90, Drivetrain Fluid HD SAE 30, Delo 400 SAE 50, Ultra Duty Grease 2, and other County-specified lubricants. No fixed quantities or part numbers are provided; orders are as needed. - Packaging and delivery: Products may be requested in bulk, 55-gallon drums (HUD), gallon or 5-gallon containers, and specified drum or tube formats. Bulk fuels are delivered by tank-wagon-type transporters to designated County facilities, tanks, or receptacles. - Product requirements: Oils and lubricants must meet or exceed the API specifications of the referenced Chevron products. Offerors must provide product specification sheets and current Safety Data Sheets. - Pricing and service requirements: Fuel pricing is based on a differential to the weekly Monday-morning OPIS Stockton rack average. Oil and lubricant pricing is fixed for 12 months, with pricing potentially adjustable for the second year. The County requests routine, rush, emergency, after-hours, and holiday deliveries, along with quoted rush and off-hours premiums. - Operational requirements: The contractor must maintain adequate supply and delivery capacity; provide hard-copy delivery receipts and electronic delivery and usage reports upon request; support invoice pricing with applicable OPIS documentation; and provide advance notice of foreseeable service interruptions. The agreement also includes fuel-quality, environmental-compliance, and spill-response obligations. - Contract scope and value: This is a requirements arrangement with no guaranteed minimum purchase. The sample agreement sets a not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000.

Tuolumne County, through its Public Works Department, is seeking proposals for as-needed bulk fuel, lubricant, and related petroleum product delivery to designated County facilities throughout Tuolumne County. Products include regular unleaded gasoline, No. 2 red-dyed diesel, motor oils, hydraulic fluids, greases, and other specified lubricants. The contractor must support routine, rush, emergency, and after-hours deliveries, maintain sufficient supply and capacity, and provide required pricing, delivery, and usage documentation. The initial contract term is two years, with two additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement.
