Description

Laredo College District is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and licensed elevator contractors for comprehensive maintenance and repair services for College-owned and operated elevator equipment. The scope includes preventive maintenance, inspection support, testing, repairs, replacement parts, emergency response, and related services. The initial contract term is three years, with options to renew for two additional one-year periods. The College intends to award to the proposer whose proposal provides the best value.
