Description

This requirement is for an emergency mitigation service due to sanitary backup and sewage flooding and the work is needed immediately as unsanitary conditions are impacting operations. Contractor is to remediate over 1” of standing sanitary waste on the floor and perform remediation of the impacted area at VA Northern California Health Care System, Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 150 Muir Road, Building 19, Martinez, California, 94553-4668. The contractor is to remove and dispose of the impacted drywall as required and place drying equipment as necessary. The contractor is required to provide and install containment for duct mitigation prior to commencing work. Based upon the market research conducted and the resulting analysis, the data supports sole sourcing the procurement as authorized by RFO 6.103-2(a). In accordance with RFO 6.103-2(a), due to urgent circumstances, this urgent requirement will be procured as a sole source to a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owed Small Business (SDVOSB).
