<p>This requirement is for an emergency mitigation service due to sanitary backup and sewage flooding and the work is needed immediately as unsanitary conditions are impacting operations. Contractor is to remediate over 1&rdquo; of standing sanitary waste on the floor and perform remediation of the impacted area at VA Northern California Health Care System, Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), 150 Muir Road, Building 19, Martinez, California, 94553-4668.
