The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a full-service office lease for an Armed Forces Career Center in Fairfield, California. - Government buyer: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District; space is for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center. - Requirement: Lease 2,900–3,000 rentable square feet of professional office space. - Location: The space must be within the area bounded by Mangels Boulevard, Highway 80, Green Valley Road, and Roberts Road in Fairfield, California. - Parking: Provide designated on-site parking for up to nine Government vehicles, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. - Lease terms: Up to five years, with Government termination rights; the space must meet Government lease requirements. - Vendors and OEMs: No vendors, property owners, or OEMs are named. Respondents may be building owners or representatives with exclusive authority to represent building owners. - Estimated value: Approximately $350,000–$600,000 for a potential five-year lease; actual value depends on the negotiated rate and lease duration.

Description

The U.S. Government currently occupies professional and related space in a building under lease that will be expiring.  The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

 The Government requires a full-service lease for:

A minimum of 2,900 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 3,000 RSF of professional office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights  Located within a defined delineated area in Farifield, CA

N: Mangels Boulevard

S: Highway 80

E: Green Valley Road

W: Roberts Road

Designated on-site parking for up to nine (9) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis 

Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.  

Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.

Representatives of building owners must include with their response to this advertisement, the following:

exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner
