### Description

<p>The U.S. Government currently occupies professional and related space in a building under lease that will be expiring. &nbsp;The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. &nbsp;In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the&nbsp;availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government&rsquo;s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.</p>

<p>&nbsp;The Government requires a&nbsp;full-service lease for:</p>

<ul>
	<li>A minimum of 2,900 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 3,000 RSF of professional office space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center</li>
	<li>Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination&nbsp;rights&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Located within a defined delineated area in Farifield, CA</li>
</ul>
