DeCA OCCS SaaS subscriptions, GovCloud DAM storage, and systems integration support

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking market input for SaaS subscriptions and systems integration supporting its Omnichannel Customer Communication System (OCCS). - Government buyer: Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA). The notice was issued through the U.S. Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground Contracting Center. - OEMs and platforms: Salesforce Service Cloud; Sprout Social; and Adobe Workfront and Experience Manager (AEM) Assets. - Requested subscription baselines: 40 Salesforce Service Cloud licenses, 25 Sprout Social licenses, and 42 combined Adobe Workfront/AEM Assets licenses. Billing and license counts are to reflect monthly active usage, with the Salesforce baseline able to scale down. - Storage: at least 6 TB of high-performance GovCloud digital asset management (DAM) storage, with options to expand in multi-terabyte increments. - Systems integration and support: migrate assets and metadata from Bynder to AEM Assets; integrate the platforms; support architecture, deployment, configuration, cybersecurity compliance and authorization to operate (ATO); and provide helpdesk support, training, operations, and knowledge management. AI governance is also part of the stated needs. - The attachment does not specify product part numbers or quantities for the systems integration services.
