Description

This Request for Quote seeks establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under an applicable GSA Schedule for Appellate Case Management System (ACMS) operations and maintenance (O&M), user support, training, technical sustainment, and limited development services. The BPA will be labor-hour in nature and will cover a base period of one year with four option years. The BPA is intended primarily for continued production support and sustainment of the Court's existing ACMS platform, with occasional and small-scale development work when necessary to maintain, adapt, improve, or modestly extend the system. A BPA is an ordering agreement and does not itself obligate funds; funds are obligated when orders are placed against the BPA.
