Arkansas State University is seeking a comprehensive Elevator Oil Remediation Program for its Jonesboro campus: - Government Buyer: - Arkansas State University, Procurement Services (Director: Lisa Glasco) - Scope of Work: - Turnkey solution for 37 hydraulic elevators - Installation of permanent online fluid-condition sensors and IIoT gateways (one per elevator) - 24/7/365 continuous fluid condition monitoring with real-time data transmission to a contractor-hosted cloud platform - Automated SMS/email alerts and web-based portal access for real-time visibility - On-line varnish mitigation equipment (kidney-loop style or filtration) operating on 120 VAC, suitable for indoor use, to remove varnish without elevator downtime or oil changes - Use of proven solubility additives to accelerate varnish removal (documentation required) - Lubricant re-additization/re-fortification to restore antioxidants and anti-wear additives to new-oil levels, again without downtime or oil changes - Fixed monthly service fee and hourly rates for additional services - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Zero elevator downtime and no oil changing or replacement during remediation - Vendors must demonstrate experience with similar projects - Program may be extended to other campuses within the Arkansas State University System - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract Details: - Initial five-year term starting January 2027, with two optional one-year extensions
