Description
This RFP seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide professional roof consulting services for County-owned or County-occupied buildings in Ulster County, NY, on an as-needed basis. Services include roof evaluations, preparation of technical specifications and construction documents for roof rehabilitation and/or replacement, assistance during public bidding, and construction-phase services. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with three one-year extensions available.
