Description

The City of Austin is seeking a qualified contractor to supply and deliver bulk propane and cylinder refills/exchanges to designated City locations. The contract includes delivery of HD-5 propane motor fuel on a regular schedule and as needed, to aboveground and underground storage tanks and for cylinder refill and exchange services for 20-pound and 33.5-pound cylinders. The City currently operates four propane storage tanks, including an 18,000-gallon tank at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and three 1,898-gallon tanks at designated Fleet Services Centers. The contract will be used by Austin Fleet Mobility Services, and the City reserves the right to add or delete departments.
