Dallas Independent School District is seeking vendors to provide a broad range of event and multimedia services for district-wide use. - Government Buyer: - Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products and Services Requested: - Event and tradeshow rentals (drapery, floor coverings, furniture, meeting room accessories, theatrical equipment, plants, nursery stock) - Audio/visual rental equipment (audio, video, intercom, sound, photographic, recording, radio, telecommunications equipment) - Digital multimedia services (audio production, video production, broadcasting, graphic arts, photography) - Virtual event platform services - Event decorating and planning services - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Vendors may submit proposals even if they are sole source providers - Compliance with federal procurement regulations (2CFR Part 200) - Completion of conflict of interest questionnaires - Opportunity to submit deviations to terms, conditions, and specifications - Contract may be funded by local, state, federal, or grant programs - Contract is for as-needed use across the district, covering a wide scope of event and multimedia needs.

Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks vendors to provide event and tradeshow rentals, digital multimedia services, virtual event platform services, and audio/visual rental equipment and services. The contract is for district-wide use on an as-needed basis. The solicitation is issued in accordance with federal regulations for purchases using federal dollars and may be used with local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions, not to exceed five years total.
