Prairie Valley School Division No. 208 (PVSD) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide snow plowing services at thirty (30) PVSD locations on both a seasonal and as-needed basis. The initial contract term is three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional three-year terms, subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements. PVSD covers approximately 27,000 square kilometres in southeast Saskatchewan and operates 41 facilities including schools, bus garages, and a central education centre. The contract requires reliable snow removal to ensure safe access for students, staff, and transportation.
