Description
The City of Santa Fe Public Utilities Department requests review and approval of Amendment No. 1 to Munis Contract No. 3250248 with Advanced Utility Systems, a business unit of N. Harris Computer Corporation. The amendment covers the implementation, continued development, and support of the City’s new utility billing system, CIS Infinity. Phase 2 includes system interfaces, electronic payment integration, automation, business-process review, utility rate configuration, and onsite support. The contract amount is increased by $2,416,966.61 to a total not to exceed $5,910,526.61, and the term is extended to October 31, 2031.
